How do I earn CashBack?
Visit any participating merchant and show your QR Code on app or membership card for merchant to scan when you pay.
How do I use my CashBack?
Once you have accumulated Cashback in your account, you can visit any participating merchant and show QR Code on app or membership card for merchant to scan.
Top up any remaining balance, if any
(Eg: You have $15 worth in your Cashback)
If bill amount is RM15 or lesser - your purchase is free
If bill amount is RM20, just pay remaining RM5 to merchant
You will still get to enjoy Cashback & Points for redemption!
What can I redeem with the Points?
There are 2 ways to redeem Points:
Convert to get more Cashback
Donate to Charity
How do I link the Membercard to the CashMe app?
Go to 'Edit Profile' and select 'Link Card'. Tap on icon and scan QR Code found at the back of the membership card and select 'Save'
Can I use the Membercard and CashMe app simultaneously?
Yes you can! Just make sure you have linked your membership card with the app.
How do I change password?
Launch the mobile app, select Forget Password and follow the steps.
What is Referral ID?
Get your friends to enter your CashMe ID (eg:CM00001234) at the Referral ID column during signup so that you get to earn more Points whenever they spend!
Is there an expiry for Cashback and Points?
They will expire 1 year from your last transaction.
How do I earn Points?
There are 3 ways to earn more Points:
When you spend at participating merchant
Eg: When you spend RM100, you earn 100 Points
When friends that you refer spend (make sure they enter your CashMe ID at the referral id column during sign up)
Eg: When your buddy spends RM100, you earn 100 Points
